Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mixer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for blending various ingredients to create high-quality products in accordance with established recipes and specifications. This role requires a keen attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate mixing equipment efficiently.

Duties



Operate mixing machinery and equipment to blend ingredients as per production schedules. Ensure that all mixing processes adhere to safety and quality standards. Monitor the consistency and quality of mixtures throughout the blending process. Conduct routine maintenance on mixing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including ingredient usage and batch numbers. Collaborate with team members to optimise production workflows and resolve any issues that arise during the mixing process. Assist in the training of new staff on proper mixing techniques and equipment operation.

Requirements



Proven experience in a similar role or environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain mixing equipment effectively. Ability to operate commercial vehicles may be required for transporting materials as needed. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality results. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and schedules.

Pay: 12.50-16.50 per hour
