The Potted Lobster, Abersoch, is a high end casual dining seafood restaurant. We launched in June 2021 to rave reviews and have developed a reputation as one of the area's best restaurants. We have recently been awared two AA rosettes for the second year running.

We're looking for outstanding people to join our team. We believe in creating a positive working environment where people can be themselves, learn, grow and continuously develop their skills. We will be open all year round so the positions we're offering are full time and permanent. Seasonal roles are also available.

The Potted Lobster is known not just for excellent food but the quality of its drinks offering. We're very proud of our wine list and our cocktails are crafted with care and skill. Ideally, the ideal candidate will have cocktail experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to customers, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards. Provide excellent hospitality by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Manage time efficiently to serve customers promptly during busy periods. Handle cash and process transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
