As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting innovative drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe bar environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high quality and presentation. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and create a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and menu offerings to enhance the guest experience. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed. Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in beverage preparation. Proficiency in basic math for managing drink recipes and transactions. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a bar setting. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
