We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our vibrant team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting beverages that delight our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Duties

Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and enhance their experience through excellent service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and tools used for mixing drinks. Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and garnishes, placing orders as necessary to ensure stock availability. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create unique drink pairings that complement menu offerings. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new cocktail recipes, and techniques to continually enhance skills. Utilise basic math skills for accurate measurement of ingredients and handling cash transactions.

Requirements

Proven experience in a mixology or bartending role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail preparation techniques. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety practices.
