Duties

Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and soft drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with guests to provide recommendations and create personalised drink experiences. Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering stock as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders simultaneously. Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing attentive service and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is essential, with a focus on mixology or bartending preferred. Strong knowledge of various spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail preparation techniques. Basic math skills to accurately manage transactions and handle cash flow effectively. A commitment to maintaining food safety standards within the bar environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with guests and team members alike.
