We are recruiting a talented and enthusiastic Mixologist to join our vibrant rustic brunch & bar. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is hygienic and well-stocked. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure the availability of ingredients and supplies. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times, following health regulations diligently. Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods, demonstrating strong time management skills. Upsell beverages and promote specials to maximise sales opportunities. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat patronage.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, food safety, or serving roles is highly desirable. Knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation is essential. Strong understanding of food safety standards within a bar or restaurant setting. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during high-pressure situations. Good basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. Proven ability to work well within a team, demonstrating professionalism and reliability. Personal qualities such as friendliness, adaptability, and a genuine passion for hospitality are highly valued.
