No55 Main street is a brand new bar opening in Saintfield mid November.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, providing an outstanding guest experience, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails & wines Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service and enhance their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service Stay informed about current trends in mixology and beverage offerings. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a premium bar/venue Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,500.00-28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
