What You'll Be Doing

As our ML Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our machine learning operations. You'll get to:

Build & Deploy:

Create and manage the engineering solutions for our machine learning models, from data pipelines and storage to full production deployment using MLOps best practices.

Own the Platform:

Take charge of our Azure ML platform, ensuring it's a robust, efficient, and secure environment for our data scientists to do their best work.

Collaborate & Innovate:

Work closely with our Data Science and Analytics teams to tackle exciting business problems. You'll be the bridge between brilliant ideas and real-world solutions.

Drive Best Practices:

Champion high standards for code, data, and model governance, helping to embed best practices like versioning, CI/CD, and cost optimization.

What You'll Bring to the Table

We're looking for someone with a blend of technical expertise and a great team spirit. Ideally, you'll have:

Strong Technical Skills:

Solid experience with Python, Azure (especially Azure ML), Docker, and Git. You're comfortable with data pipelines, APIs, and the principles of MLOps.

A Collaborative Mindset:

You enjoy working with others, sharing knowledge, and being a key player in a diverse team.

A Passion for ML:

You have a genuine interest in machine learning concepts and technologies (like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch) and a desire to solve complex problems.

A Proactive Attitude:

You're a self-starter who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh ideas to the table.


An appetite for Gen AI and experience with SQL would be a fantastic bonus!
