Role Description
This full-time role of Northern and Midlands Sales Manager is based from home with the attendance to the office in Leicestershire required intermittently The area extends along the M62 corridor and south to the West Midlands but also involvement on a national basis. The role includes developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within the Midlands and northern area. Responsibilities include creating and implementing strategic sales plans, conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also requires regular client visits, reporting on performance metrics, and staying updated on industry trends. Qualifications
Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills
Extensive knowledge of the MLCP, underfloor heating, PEX-B, pre-insulated tubing and water systems markets is essential
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic sales plans
Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction
Full, valid UK driving license is required
Experience in insulation or beverage equipment industries is an advantage but not essential
