We are looking for a proactive
Raw Material Administrator
to join our fast-paced production site in Alconbury. This is a key role in ensuring that raw material stock is accurately monitored, available for picking, and aligned with the production plan so operations run without disruption.
What you'll be doing:
Monitoring live raw material stock levels to ensure availability for picking.
Working closely with the picking and planning teams to keep production plans on track.
Communicating with the technical team to agree stock concessions and movements.
Proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact production.
Keeping accurate records of stock movements and providing daily updates.
What we're looking for:
Experience in stock control, inventory, production administration or a similar role.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with stock systems is a plus.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
