Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to read and interpret schematics. The ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Duties

Install and commission air conditioning systems in various settings. Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of equipment. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on air conditioning units. Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment serviced. Collaborate with team members to build effective solutions for complex issues. Provide guidance and leadership to junior staff as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Leadership skills are highly desirable for overseeing projects and mentoring staff. Possession of a valid driving licence. Knowledgeable on all AC related tasks i.e. Compressor replacements, system replacements, fault finding and maintenance. Ability/knowledge how to measure liquid lines and calculate additional refrigerant charges required for various systems
