Area Supervisor - Cleaning Services (with Company Car)

30+ hours per week (between 2pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We Clean Group is looking for a motivated and organised

Area Supervisor

to oversee a portfolio of cleaning sites. You'll play a key role in ensuring high standards are maintained, staff are supported, and client expectations are consistently met.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same - from managing teams and building client relationships to carrying out audits and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Regularly visit and inspect sites, ensuring cleaning standards meet company and client expectations. Supervise, mentor, and support cleaning teams across your area. Act as the main point of contact for clients - responding to queries and building strong working relationships. Assist with rota management and organise cover for holidays and sickness. Deliver training and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. Support HR processes, including attendance, performance, and conduct. Conduct quality audits and follow up with corrective actions where required. Manage stock, equipment, and supplies across sites. Handle incident reports and client complaints, ensuring swift resolution. Assist with new site setups, including scheduling and staff inductions. Step in when required to support teams and resolve operational challenges.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a

supervisory or area manager role

(cleaning, facilities, or similar environment preferred). Strong leadership and organisational skills. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Ability to manage operational challenges effectively. A proactive and solutions-focused attitude. Full UK driving licence (company car provided).
