Due to contract expansion and new projects, we are looking for an experienced Catering Engineer to join our Mobile Team, based in the South West

Main Duties you will be performing:

Undertake reactive repairs on commercial catering and ware-washing equipment. Undertake tasks in accordance with structured program of planned preventative maintenance in accordance with (as an example SFG20) to ensure enhance equipment reliability and longevity. Undertake and assist the installation and commissioning of plant and equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Regularly calibrate and test equipment to ensure it meets operational and safety standards. Perform detailed asset tagging to identify new equipment. Support with the identification of inefficient or end of Life equipment. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance & repair activities. Conduct point of work risk assessments to ensure safety protocols are followed. Be an active part of the "On Call" system to provide support and maintenance services outside of regular working hours.

The qualifications you need:

NVQ level 2 or above in an electrical discipline 18th edition BS 7671 Commercial gas qualifications (COMCAT 1, 3 & 5) A full valid UK driving license the ability to gain and retain Security clearance and DBS.
