Mobile Catering Supervisor - Bridgend Area
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Mobile Catering Supervisor to join our team, supporting various sites across the Bridgend area.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for food and strong leadership skills to take the next step in their catering career. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations in our busy catering units, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the catering team across multiple locations Manage breakfast and lunch service delivery to a high standard Assist with menu planning, bringing creativity and flair to our offerings Oversee stock ordering, rotation, and receiving deliveries Maintain full compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in contract catering (preferred) NVQ Level 1, 2, or 3 in Food Preparation/Catering (desirable) Level 2 Food Hygiene certification (beneficial) Strong culinary and craft skills with a creative approach to menu design Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: 17,290.00 per year
Work Location: In person
