Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team in Bridgend. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional cleaning services that support our company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Perform commercial and office cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly. Maintain cleanliness standards in social housing and specialist cleaning environments. Operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning agents safely. Ensure all areas are cleaned according to company procedures and client specifications. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly. Follow health and safety regulations at all times. Support team members in achieving daily cleaning targets.

Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning. Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks. Excellent time management skills. Prior experience with specialist or environmental cleaning is a plus.

Driving license essential for this role.
