We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial services, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. This role is essential in creating a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including dusting/polishing, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas regularly. Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored correctly and replenished as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve cleanliness goals.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory, as training is given. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Knowledge of health and safety standards related to cleaning practices is an advantage. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the shift.

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
