Shift timing:

Start at 5am - 11am (2 Hours flexi when needed)

Salary

: 12.80 - 13.00 per hour


Van and Fuel card Provided.


Covering our sites round the Basingstoke/Andover and Woking area


Part-time hours: Minimum 30 hours per week. Paid overtime for extra hours.


1 in 6 Weekends (Morning shift on call)

As an mobile cleaner, you will:

Cover cleaning when required Supervising staff across multiple sites Delivery of stock when required Reacting quickly and efficiently to site issues Support with stock requirement Deliver training to the frontline when appropriate

Person Specification:

Ability to work well in a highly pressurised environment, problem solving at all levels Ability to support, motivate and lead a team to develop and achieve through regular coaching and one-to-ones Excellent communication skills, at all levels and both internally and externally Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision Strong team working ethic and flexibility Excellent attention

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years' experience required in similar role. Knowledge of Health and Safety awareness/training Driving licence is required
