About The Role

Blitz Group are looking to recruit a mobile cleaner who has a strong Builders / Sparkle / one off (hand over) & contract cleaning background to the construction industry.

The hours you shall be working will be:

This position will require you to work a combination of early mornings and late evenings, and nights therefore the successful candidate must be very flexible depending on the needs of the business.

Experience required

Competent with motorway driving and lone working Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload Flexibility to work around the business needs - shifts will change at short notice Good communication skills at all levels. Cleaning experience (2yrs preferred) Manual Driving licence CSCS preferred PASMA preferred (not essential)

As part of Blitz Group, you'll dedicate your time on different sites to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Blitz client sites. Use of a company van, fuel card. Handling cleaning equipment and materials (don't worry you will get full training). Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times. Blitz will make sure you're fully prepared so that you can begin with a full understanding of what to look out for.
About You

All you need is:

An attitude to thrive, and cleaning experience (although we can fully train you from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach). Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role. We require all our employees have a basic level of spoken English. This is for communication on safety, and your confidence communicating with members of the public Good social skills to deliver service with a smile. A Full UK driving licence. A right to work in the UK (please bring your evidence to the interview) and this applies to all UK and Non-UK nationals.
