Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings, specialist cleaning and other cleaning tasks. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming and safe for all occupants. Cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure high standards of hygiene. Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and stored correctly. Biohazard clean ups Carpet cleaning Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning procedures and health regulations. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve cleanliness goals.

Requirements

Previous experience in cleaning is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties for extended periods. Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards at all times.

Working hours

Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

Additional hours available, including some weekend work if wanted
