RB Mobile Cleaner - Join Glasgow's Multi-Award-Winning Cleaning Team

You must have a driving licence with less than 6 points, and be fully flexible for very early mornings (5am starts) and evenings (working until 10-11pm at times) with some weekend availability.

Shifts may (not always) be last minute, with frequent changes etc - We're looking for someone ambitious who would like to (don't stress if not, everyone has their paths in life!) grow with RB as we expand and get better at what we do - you could easily be in a higher position within a few months.

We're RB Clean Services Ltd - multi-award-winning and proudly recognised as Glasgow's best cleaning business - and we're looking for a reliable, detail-driven RB Mobile Cleaner to join our growing team.

This role is initially part-time (minimum 16 hours per week) but could grow into a full-time opportunity for the right person. You'll be our lifeline - the last defence before we ever let a client down - stepping in to cover shifts and keep our service at its award-winning standard.

Reporting directly to our Operations Manager, you'll cover client sites across Glasgow, Edinburgh and Argyll & Bute, delivering our trademark high standards every time.

What you'll do:

Step in to cover cleaning shifts at a variety of sites - no two days are the same. Clean to RB's exacting standards, ensuring every site looks its best. Work very early mornings (sometimes from 4:30am) and evenings. Rare weekend work - we keep weekends mostly clear to promote personal time away from work. Be flexible - shifts can often be at short notice. Shifts may be full days, particularly to support our holiday park contracts on Mondays and Fridays. Represent RB Clean Services with professionalism and pride.

What we're looking for:

Previous cleaning experience preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. Flexible and reliable - able to adapt to last-minute changes. Full UK driving licence with less than 6 penalty points. Due to our fleet insurance requirements, this role is only open to applicants aged 25 or over (RB Clean Services has claimed an exemption under the Equality Act 2010). Attention to detail and pride in your work.
