About the Role: Mobile Cleaner

Mobile Cleaner

to support our dynamic operations team. This is a

fast-paced, field-based position

perfect for someone with stamina, flexibility, and ambition.

You'll play a key part in delivering top-quality cleaning services, managing specialist jobs, covering emergency absences, and supporting the onboarding of new contracts.

15 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Perform specialist cleans including carpet, deep floor, and spring cleans Cover emergency shifts and support operational continuity Assist with new contract setups - from equipment delivery to team coordination Supervise and manage cleaning teams on-site to ensure high standards Liaise directly with clients and respond to feedback Complete essential reports and attend monthly ops meetings

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum 3 years' cleaning industry experience Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills A hands-on, flexible, 'can-do' attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a larger operations team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Tech-savvy - confident with Microsoft Office and smartphones A full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years, max 6 penalty points) Your own vehicle
