Job Title: Mobile Cleaning and Clearance Operative

Based from our Lympne Office (CT21), covering Folkestone, Dover, Canterbury and surrounding areas

Hours:

7:00am start, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate:

12.21 per hour

Contract Type:

Flexible hours with pathway to full-time

Start Date:

Early January 2026. Interviews to be held week commencing 5th January 2026

About the Role

Euroclean Contractors Ltd is seeking a reliable, hardworking Mobile Cleaning and Clearance Operative to join our established team. This is a varied and rewarding mobile role, involving property cleaning and clearance across residential and commercial sites. Work is scheduled consistently throughout the week, offering the opportunity to build towards full-time hours for the right candidate.

You will carry out a range of cleaning and clearance tasks, including end-of-tenancy cleans, void property cleans, deep and environmental cleans, and general property refresh cleans. The role is active, hands-on, and ideally suited to someone who takes pride in high standards and enjoys working within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out high-quality cleaning tasks including vacuuming, dusting, polishing, mopping, and sanitising facilities Complete property clearances, including lifting, moving, and handling materials safely Work efficiently within a team to meet deadlines and maintain excellent service levels Ensure every clean meets our strict quality standards and client requirements Travel between scheduled properties using company transport

What a Typical Week Looks Like

Between 3-6 property cleans per day, depending on size and condition A mix of 1-4 bedroom properties, flats, and bedsits A combination of general, deep, and environmental cleans Clear job lists provided in advance, with a structured daily workload Company van provided daily for travel between sites

Requirements

Must live locally and be able to reliably commute to CT21 4LR for a 7:00am start Full manual driving licence required Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Ability to work at a fast pace and follow structured schedules Physically fit Good communication skills and a positive, reliable work ethic Cleaning experience is preferred but not essential; full training provided Right to work in the UK required
