Job Overview

Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 Hours a Week
Location: Greater London

Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence, flexible working, good communication skills, cleaning experience is not necessary as training will be provided

Main Duties

  • To perform sanitisation and valeting services for telecommunications equipment, lT equipment, Lidl Cash tills and ATM machines to the required standard.
  • To perform daily office cleaning and periodic deep cleans to static sites and/cover staff holidays
  • Allocate cleaning duties, manage and control the issuing and usage of cleaning materials.
  • You will maintain accurate staff attendance record, manage holidays and absence allocation.
  • Carry out weekly checks of all cleaning machinery to ensure safe working order.
  • Cleaning of all sites and working under your service support manager.
  • A weekly schedule of cover jobs will be given a week in advance.
  • An excellent cleaning standard is required.
  • Whenever possible promote new business by providing sales leads and contract additions
Health & Safety
  • Be aware of, accept and comply with the applicable Health & Safety responsibilities listed in the Field Guide and Health & Policy Statement and any specific requirements of the customer
  • safe working practices as set down in the Hygienist Field Guide
  • Ensure all equipment in your care is well looked after
Training
  • Comply with standing instructions in accordance with issued Field Guide and Communication
  • Active participation in Customer Services meetings as and when required
  • Develop a good working relationship with clients
  • Promptly advise your RAMS/SAMS of problems, which could adversely affect our business
Admin
  • Ensure prompt and efficient paperwork and telephone liaison with RAMS/SAMS
What we are looking for
  • In order to be successful in this role you will have excellent time management skills, good communication and organisational skills, ability to work from your own initiative while taking a flexible approach to the role as AM and PM shifts are needed .
  • Previous customer service skills and good awareness of health and safety legislation is desirable.
