The Role

We are currently looking to recruit a Holiday Cover Cleaning Operative based at our clients site in Maidstone Area. The areas covered by the successful candidate will include, Croydon, Mendlesham, Heathrow, Allington, Didcot, Oxford and Harlow.

The working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday to cover any holiday, we require someone who is flexible who would be happy to work 5 out of the 7 days.

The main purpose of the job is to work as part of a team to carry out machine and manual cleaning of warehouses and stie facilities.

Key responsibilities

Maintain a clean and safe working environment Wear any required personal protective equipment (PPE) or site-specific clothing as directed Use cleaning machines Use of a variety of cleaning equipment and products Sweeping and mopping floor surfaces Cleaning of toilets and communal areas Dusting offices and meeting rooms Vacuuming Report anything in need of repair or replacement Keep designated cleaning areas and spaces clean and tidy at all times and store all cleaning materials safely

Driving licence

- this is a requirement of the role due to the driving that is expected of you. Successful candidates will be asked to undergo a licence check, we will not accept any driver who exceeds 3 points on their licence,
