You will need to be able to carry out Supervisory duties of a number of Contracts based around a set area. You may also need to complete mobile cleaning tasks in small units. Role Specifications:
Cleaning Supervisor Experience
Able to complete site audits, conduct training and arranging interviews.
Able to work on own initiative and manage own time effectively.
Able to communicate effectively to the clients, colleagues and management team
Good Knowledge of Health and safety and COSHH
High Standard of personal Hygiene and appearance
Ensure the Company's Health and Safety and Environmental Policies are adhered to
Use chemicals, disposables and equipment safely and as per training, having a good knowledge of products/equipment on site, ensuring efficient use of chemicals and disposables to reduce waste, ensuring all equipment/chemicals are stored safely and fit for purpose and in good working order
Observe H&S guidelines at all times, ensuring use of safety signs and barriers
Maintain cleaning cupboards, ensuring they are stocked and clean
Report to Line Manager any H&S, product, equipment or other site issues, completing any required paperwork
Complete any forms and paperwork as required
Comply with all Company and Client policies and procedures, statutory regulations relating to your work place, this will include but not limited to fire; health and safety; hygiene; working safely; COSHH.
Report and take necessary action for any incidents or accidents, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities
Be the first point of contact to deal with any complaints / issues from customers immediately and report directly to your Line Manager.
To be flexible to work additional hours in order to cover holiday and sickness within the cleaning site teams
Role Requirements:
Have the right to work in the UK
Full UK driving licence.
Have a good understanding of written and spoken English due to health and Safety on sites
The ability to problem solve local issues to a successful, agreeable outcome.
Be able to induct and train new staff and also to recertify staff as and when required.
Be familiar with the use of a range of cleaning equipment and be able to train others.
To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene is maintained at all times
Working Hours for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor: 40
Due to the nature of the position, a flexible approach to working hours is required.
Some weekend work may be required, All will be discussed on your interview.
