Most cleaning jobs = same site, same routine, low pay. This isn't that.

We're looking for a

Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

who wants variety, responsibility, and a role that actually rewards turning up and doing things right. You'll travel between sites, cover shifts, and represent Housekeeping Club wherever you go.

The Job (What You'll Do):

Travel between sites (schools, offices, hospitality) Cover regular shifts, deep cleans, and urgent cover. Keep every site to our "do it right or not at all" standard. Use professional kit (scrubbers, buffers, pressure washers). Handle keys, alarms, and access securely. Communicate with managers, report issues, and solve problems on the spot.

Hours:

37.5 hours, 5 days out of 7 incl some weekend work. Availability between 6am - 7pm

As soon as Basic DBS cleared.

Covering Cumbria & North Lancashire.

Who This Role is For:

You've got a

full, clean UK driving licence

(essential). You're reliable, professional, and take pride in your work. You're flexible and enjoy variety -- not stuck on one site. You're willing to learn (we'll train you on specialist kit). You can pass a

Basic DBS check

.

Who This Role is NOT For:

People who call in sick every other week. People who don't like driving. People who can't handle responsibility (keys, alarms, solo jobs). People who cut corners or make excuses.
