Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

Main Purpose of the Job:

The main purpose of a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor is to manage and oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites or locations, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to the required standards. This role typically involves traveling to different client sites or facilities, supervising a team of cleaning staff, and ensuring that each location meets company, client, and health & safety standards. The Mobile Cleaning Supervisor acts as a key point of contact between cleaning staff, management, and clients, ensuring efficient operations and addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the cleaning process.

Reports to:

Operational Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee cleaning activities across multiple sites, ensuring that all locations meet or exceed the required cleaning standards.



Ensure cleaning staff are following schedules, completing tasks effectively, and adhering to quality standards.



Supervise and coordinate a team of cleaners at various locations.



Provide guidance, support, and training to cleaning staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.



Monitor staff performance and provide feedback, motivation, and corrective actions when needed.



Serve as the primary point of contact for clients at each location, addressing any concerns or requests.



Ensure client expectations are met and maintain strong relationships by delivering consistent service quality.



Respond promptly to client feedback and resolve any cleaning issues in a timely manner.



Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are being maintained at all times.



Address any issues identified during inspections, providing immediate corrective actions when necessary.



Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all cleaning tasks to ensure areas are thoroughly cleaned and hygienic.



Organise and plan cleaning schedules for staff across different locations to ensure appropriate coverage and efficient operations.



Manage the logistics of traveling between multiple sites, ensuring that cleaning staff are on time and equipped with the necessary tools and products.



Ensure that all cleaning operations comply with health and safety regulations, including the safe use of cleaning products and equipment.



Provide ongoing training on health and safety procedures to the cleaning team.



Monitor the correct handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials in line with company policies and industry standards.



Monitor and manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment for all sites.



Ensure that cleaning equipment is maintained, well-functioning, and properly stored.



Order supplies as necessary and maintain records of usage.



Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients, staff, and management.



Ensure that staff maintain a professional appearance and are using company-branded uniforms and equipment when on-site.



Be available to adjust schedules and cover additional locations or shifts as required.



Respond to urgent or emergency cleaning needs, particularly in high-priority or time-sensitive situations.



Must hold a clean driving license.



Qualifications:

Secondary school Education

Experience in working in cleaning and maintenance

Supervisory experience

Communication skills to take direction and work alongside other Cleaners

Attention to detail to perform a thorough job

Adaptability and flexibility to focus on whatever task that is assigned

Ability to complete physically demanding tasks

Integrity, reliability and trustworthiness to be left to work independently

Working Conditions:

You may be working with chemicals or hazardous material (cleaning supplies)

You may be required to work long hours and stand for extended periods of time.

You may be required to stand for long periods of time

You may be required to lift more than 50 lbs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
