We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Mobile Cook to join our dynamic team in Coventry/Rugby. As a Mobile Cook, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality food preparation and cooking services across various locations, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
The role:

hours per week working Monday - Friday
Term-time only
Prepare, cook, and present food to meet company standards and client expectations
Travel to different locations as needed, using your own vehicle
Adhere to and implement Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations in various kitchen environments
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in each location
Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Assist in managing inventories and monitoring budgets at assigned locations
Implement action plans to improve efficiency and food quality
Supervise and support kitchen staff as needed
Adapt menus and cooking techniques to meet specific dietary requirements and preferences
Ensure excellent food presentation and customer service
Qualifications
Proven experience as a cook or chef, with the ability to work in various kitchen settings
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
Food handling certification
Strong knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations
Excellent culinary skills and ability to prepare diverse menus
Adaptability to different kitchen environments and equipment
Strong time management and organizational skills
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in diverse settings
Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
Experience in inventory management and budget monitoring
Ability to supervise and guide kitchen staff effectively
Flexibility to work in different locations as required
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
