What You'll Do:

Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance in line with task schedules and industry best practices. Assist with the monitoring and control of subcontract service Identify any defects/faults found to the helpdesk along with requirements for resolution Attend site and carry out reactive repairs as instructed by helpdesk / contract support team. Within set SLA/ KPI timescale Maintain the professional image of CBRE at all times. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with CBRE employees and clients' representatives. Ensure the provision of a Safe & Healthy working environment. Compliance with and record keeping for CBRE ISO 9002, 18001 and 14001 Management System including statutory compliance logs Updating the Help Desk and PPM systems via written and verbal systems to ensure work records are up to date. Ensure that professional and technical skills are maintained through a commitment to personal development and life-long-learning. Provide operational support across the portfolio when required

What You'll Need:

Educated to a minimum of City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent Electrical Standard. Completion of a recognised technical training scheme. Apprenticeship (or equivalent programme) Suitably trained to safely isolate mechanically as a minimum and is familiar with industry standards. L8 water management experience Good knowledge of the operation of Mechanical & Electrical Services and plant. Ability to interrogate and operate BMS's systems Knowledge of current technical standards in relation Electrical Services, HV & AC and Water Systems Treatment Understanding of business-critical services Good written and verbal communication skills 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday Foot mobile in nature across London zones 1&2 25 days annual leave
