Bouygues Energies & Services has an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Electrical Operations Manager to join our Mobile Solutions team providing facilities maintenance at our various government, healthcare and education contracts across Greater London and the South. This is a mobile role with a company van provided.

The role:

  • Reporting to the Head of Mobile Solutions
  • Responsible for the management and delivery of Hard FM services, to ensure we provide a quality service and are recognised for engineering excellence
  • Project manage large projects
  • Manage client relationships and business development
  • Working with the team to produce detailed technical reports for clients
  • Responsible for overseeing the completion of documentation as required by clients in order to remain compliant
  • Working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday with participation in management call out rota
The person:
  • Qualified at the appropriate level in a building services related electrical discipline
  • Understanding of CDM; SMSTS qualification desirable
  • Strong technical background with prior management experience
  • Desirable to have worked in a mobile operational capacity
  • Good understanding of statutory compliance regulations
  • Experience of using a CAFM system, preferably Maximo
  • Must have experience managing projects
  • Temporary works co-ordinator qualification is desirable
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Must be used to being client facing with excellent communication skills
  • Strong Health & Safety background
  • Must be computer literate and able to use MS Office competently
  • Full clean driving license is essential - must be willing to be mobile and to travel to sites
  • Able to obtain DBS clearance
