is seeking an experienced

Mobile Electrical Engineer

to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of commercial buildings, carrying out installations, fault-finding, and maintenance on a range of electrical and mechanical systems.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical services, including testing, installation, diagnostics, and both planned and reactive maintenance. The role requires a hands-on, adaptable engineer with strong technical skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a small, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform electrical testing and inspection, including emergency lighting systems. Install and test power circuits and distribution systems. Undertake works involving controls and BMS (Building Management Systems). Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently. Carry out planned preventive and reactive maintenance. Support installation and service works across multiple systems and client sites.

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

Minimum Level 3 Electrical Qualification. At least five years' experience in a similar commercial role. Strong technical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Sound understanding of building services, including mechanical systems. Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a small team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Flexible approach with a willingness to enhance technical expertise.

Desirable:

Experience working with controls and BMS systems. Familiarity with Home Office Security Vetting (SC) clearance requirements.
