Job Title: Coffee King Mobile Express Team Member (Food Truck Operator)

Mobile Role - Various Local Routes

Salary: 25,500 per year

Performance Based Commission

Full-time | Monday to Friday

Occasional Weekend Availability

Do you love coffee, great food, and being on the move? Coffee King is looking for a passionate and motivated Mobile Express Team Member to run one of our food trucks. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and want a job that gets you out and about, this could be perfect for you.

What You'll Do

Drive and operate a fully equipped Coffee King food truck on a local route.

Serve delicious food and coffee to customers with a friendly, can-do attitude.

Build strong customer relationships and proactively promote Coffee King products, deals, and loyalty incentives.

Use sales skills to drive daily sales and meet targets, earn more through our performance-based commission.

Handle payments and keep accurate records using our till system.

Maintain stock levels, handle deliveries, and reduce waste.

Keep the truck clean, safe, and compliant with all food hygiene and health & safety standards.

Track sales and help drive performance to earn extra commission.

What We're Looking For

Full UK driving licence (required)

At least 5 years of driving experience (preferred)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proven experience in sales, upselling, or promotional roles

Friendly, reliable, and self-motivated

Experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is a bonus

Comfortable working independently on the road
