What is the purpose of the role and expectations?

Working as a mobile Fabric Engineer in the Bournemouth area, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance, and minor project works. This is an all round building services engineering role and would suit someone with a general trades background. You will work with professionalism and in a collaborative way with your key stakeholders, these being Lancer Scott Ltd employees, Health & Environmental, Quality Assurance, and various clients and Subcontractors.

What will my core responsibilities be?

Brick and Block laying Plumbing Plastering Tiling Floors and Walls General Building Carpentry Joinery Laboring Painting and Decorating Lock Fitting / Repairs Door Fitting / Repairs Window and Glass Fitting Groundworks
Roofing

What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?

Ideally a trade qualification, NVQ or equivalent HOWEVER we value experience as highly. Ability to identify solutions to repairs proactively and specify materials required for your trade. Comfortable using IT and ideally experience of using a PDA. Able to communicate well with a wide variety of people and customers with different needs * Full, UK driving licence is essential.
