What is the purpose of the role and expectations?
Working as a Mobile Flooring Fitter across the Basingstoke and Bracknell areas for two of our key clients, you will fit a range of different flooring from carpets to vinyl. You will work with professionalism and pace to provide an efficient and quality finish on all jobs completed.
What will my core responsibilities be?
Fitting a range of different floor types to include carpets, vinyl, laminate, wood and rubber. Work within the agreed SLA's for the client and communicate any changes to timelines promptly to minimise impact to the client. Show knowledge and good problem solving skills to resolve challenges with different types of flooring and room configuration. Update the job logging system with accurate notes after each completed task to ensure the Account Manager and Client have up to date information and the paperwork can be raised accurately.
What's on offer?
Base salary of 30k plus a fitting related bonus which can add up to 15k per annum. * Chance to work flexible shifts, and night shifts @ 1.5 x your pay rate.
