About The Role

We are seeking a Mobile Grounds Maintenance supervisor, to work across a portfolio of client sites in Camden, Islington, Barnet, Brent & Harrow areas.



This is a

full-time

, permanent position, working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

A full UK Driving Licence is required, but Company Vehicle is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Area Manager Provide handover reports to managers and client Prioritise health and safety at all levels Train, induct and supervise Heads on and prepared to help, guide and support operatives Provide feedback Build and maintain effective working relationships Escalate incidents or areas of concern to the Area Manager

What are we looking for?

Prior experience essential Full clean UK Manual Driving Licence IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps) Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English) Working knowledge of Plants / Horticulture Working knowledge of Pesticide Spraying
