: Mobile handyperson and driver

Reports to

: Company Director

Location

: Various sites across Devon, Cornwall & Somerset

Working Pattern

: Monday to Friday (5 days/week) with occasional weekend and evening work and consideration of flexible working.

Salary

: 32,500k pro rata

About the Role

:

We are a local, family-run business looking for a reliable and practical Handyperson to support the upkeep of our properties, carrying out various DIY, maintenance, and repair tasks to a high standard. Driving and occasional support with security is required.

Main Responsibilities

:

Carry out general repairs, maintenance, and improvements across sites Complete routine inspections to ensure safety and upkeep Assist with basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating Transport goods, equipment, and supplies between sites Carry out general driving duties as required Valet company vehicles Support security of premises

Requirements

:

Hands-on experience in maintenance or similar role Confident and skilled DIY tasks Solution focused Full clean UK driving licence and confident driving between sites
This is at times a physically demanding role so must be able to safely move, lift and handle equipment as required

Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working alone or in a small team Trustworthy and well-presented

Desirable Skills

:

Basic knowledge of health & safety Flexible with occasional weekend and evening work
