We are looking to take on a Mobile Head Housekeeper. This role will see you successfully assisting and supporting with managing the housekeeping operation and the housekeeping teams within a variety of hotels.

This role carries huge importance and has the scope to be extended and/or lead to different opportunities within the business.

PLEASE NOTE -

You

must be a vehicle driver and be happy to travel. You must also be happy with the potential of some overnight stays.

Experience of being a successful hotel head housekeeper is essential for this role.

What will some of your responsibilities be?

You will lead, manage and inspire teams to deliver company key metrics and excellent client management Ensuring that yourself and the team around you build and maintain rapport with the local management and their teams within the specific hotels You will ensure all services are delivered by the housekeeping team to the highest standard and in line with client's expectations Ensure statutory compliance with Health and Safety legislation is met ensuring that training, conducting of risk assessments, monitoring performance and reviewing procedures Help to manage recruitment and engagement of the team on site, pro-actively recruiting the right people for each hotels team Plus so much more! Your role will be so varied and you will have a great amount of responsibility.

What we will offer you:

34,000 per annum

6 month contract initially but huge scope to develop into a great career opportunity

Full Time, 40 hours a week, 5 days a week.
