is looking for an experienced

HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer

to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work across a diverse range of commercial buildings, carrying out installation, servicing, and maintenance of HVAC and mechanical systems throughout London and the South of England.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, fault-finding, and installing HVAC and mechanical systems in commercial environments. The role requires strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Service and maintain a variety of HVAC and mechanical systems, including gas- and oil-fired boilers, pumps, pipework, air handling units, valves, chillers, split A/C, and VRV/VRF systems. Diagnose and repair faults efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations. Carry out installations, replacements, and system upgrades as required. Maintain professional communication with clients, providing clear updates and technical support. Complete accurate documentation and detailed service reports.

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

Minimum

Level 2 F-Gas certification

. At least five years' experience in a similar HVAC role within commercial building services. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a small team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Good IT literacy for documentation and reporting. Flexible and willing to develop additional technical knowledge.

Desirable:

Experience working with chillers. Familiarity with

Home Office Security Vetting (SC)

requirements.
