The Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled and dedicated

Mobile HVAC Engineer

to join our team, serving clients across

Glasgow

and the surrounding area. This is a varied role where you'll carry out maintenance and installation works at client sites, with a company vehicle provided.

What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out installation, repairs, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a range of air conditioning systems, including VRF units. Ensuring all works are completed in line with Health & Safety regulations and internal procedures. Collaborating closely with Contracts Managers, Supervisors, Helpdesk, and Engineers to deliver a seamless service. Keeping up to date with industry best practices and regulatory changes. Building strong, professional relationships with clients and acting as a trusted point of contact. Providing quotations for remedial works or client-requested upgrades.

What You'll Bring

City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (minimum requirement). Solid experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. Comfortable with manual tasks such as manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces. Willingness to participate in the on-call rota. A full UK driving licence. A proactive, solution-focused mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
