With 10 fully equipped mobile service units and a stocked trade counter, Pirtek ensures an efficient, professional and quality service. With our team of qualified engineers, we provide on-site hydraulic system maintenance, fault finding, on-site flushing and testing services and full on-site hose replacement service. Our trade counter stocks a wide range of hydraulic products and operates throughout the week to meet the needs of our customers.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mobile Hydraulic Hose Engineer at Pirtek Tyne & Wear and surrounding areas. We are looking to recruit a mobile sales and service technician to be part of our local team offering our national 24/7 service to a wide range of customers. You must have previous engineering experience preferably in hydraulics. As well as technical ability candidates must have excellent customer service skills and at all times uphold the company's high standards in terms of quality, health & safety and environmental issues. The company provides thorough training that is City and Guilds accredited. A full driving licence is required. We offer a competitive basic salary and bonus package.
Skills and Competencies
? Mechanical knowledge ideally hydraulics experience
? Good manual dexterity and physical ability
? Good communication skills both orally and in writing
? The ability to present yourself in a professional and courteous manner to customers and staff
? The ability to work unsupervised and to time constraints
? Ability to effectively communicate technical information to engineering personnel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
