About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for
Mobile Hygiene Operative(s)
, to join the team here at CPMS. You will be responsible for a specific geographical area, undertaking the servicing and cleaning of self-contained welfare facilities, including the emptying and refilling of portable toilets. Working autonomously, you will be provided with a fully equipped service vehicle. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for the right person to join a Company, recognised for their commitment to their people.
Role Responsibilities
Driving a 3.5 Tonne fully equipped service vehicle and undertake site servicing at multiple locations
Weekly servicing and cleaning of self-contained welfare facilities including toilets and undertaking minor repairs
Re-stocking of consumables
Daily vehicle checks and keep vehicle clean and tidy
Prepare completion reports including photographs
Ensure the hygiene services are delivered to a high standard and within the pre-agreed timescales
Maintain equipment to the required standard and ensure all equipment is in working order
Maintain good working relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and provide feedback to supervisor/line manager, in order to continuously improve and exceed client expectations
Adhere to all CPMS HSQE policies and procedures.
To complete and adhere to all training courses and best practice methods required to undertake this role, whilst maintaining an understanding of current legislation, effecting your daily tasks
Assisting colleagues as required
Role Experience/Qualifications
Rail industry experience would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
A good geographical knowledge would be an advantage
Able to work alone, but also as part of a team
Good communication skills and a polite and helpful manner
Full UK driving licence
A good level of fitness as manual handling is involved
Reliable with a positive can-do attitude
Good understanding of working with a busy, fast-paced environment
