Equans is looking for a Mobile Janitor to join our Team in North Lanarkshire Schools, based in Avondale House, Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill ML4 3NJ on a permanent basis. This is a full- time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Shift Pattern:

Typical shift pattern depending on school. Shifts could vary day to day

Monday - Sunday (based over 5 days) 07:00 - 15:00

Monday - Sunday (based over 5 days) 14:00 - 21:15

Full Driving license is required

Use of own vehicle (expenses paid)

WHAT WILL YOU DELIVER?

The role requires the post holder to carry out the Janitors duties on any North Lanarkshire Schools site as required. The post holder must have a high degree of flexibility as they could be asked to work different shifts on different sites at any time. Safe opening and closing of premises, including patrol and inspection through emergency procedures as appropriate the making secure and cleaning up of the premises. Liaise with Police in the event of break-in or fire and carrying out of laid down emergency procedures in these circumstances.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Experience in a Janitorial role Candidates must be client friendly. Experience of working in a school environment would be advantageous. Candidates must be flexible in terms of availability etc. Full Valid driving License
