This is a stable, full-time position with no early starts, working with interesting clients and offering strong prospects for development and internal mobility within a global business.


As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for providing a consistent and high-quality building maintenance service across a designated portfolio.



Your work will include fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installations on air conditioning, refrigeration, and general building systems at client sites.



You will play a key role in ensuring the continued resilience and operational efficiency of our clients' environments, delivering a world-class maintenance service every day.

Key Responsibilities


Carry out AC and HVAC-biased PPM, proactive, and reactive maintenance within agreed timeframes to exceed client expectations Respond to callouts in line with the agreed rota Undertake new installations and both major and minor repairs on AC systems Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant, including basic electrical fault finding Deliver a professional, customer-focused service that upholds company standards

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications


Experience in FM or building services within commercial properties City & Guilds 2079 or CITB J11 Equivalent - F-Gas Category 1 certified NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Commercial Refrigeration and AC Systems NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Heating and Ventilation NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Heating and Ventilation Service & Maintenance
