Bouygues Energies & Services has an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join our Mobile Solutions team providing facilities maintenance at our various government, healthcare and education contracts across Greater London and the South. This is a mobile role with a company van provided.

Key Activities:

  • To provide technical engineering support for the Hard FM services working for the Mobile Services Division across Greater London with some work outside of the M25.
  • To carry out new electrical work as required, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and complete supporting paperwork
  • To rectify defects in all electrical systems and associated plans / components.
  • To respond to reactive and emergency faults in line with SLAs
  • To manage sub-contractors
  • Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus participation in the on call rota and flexibility with out of hours activity when required
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must hold a recognised electrical trade apprenticeship and/or relevant qualifications to level 3 (theory and practice) in a relevant electrical discipline with suitable industry experience; must be Low Voltage AP
  • Experience of building maintenance and understanding of M&E systems essential
  • Experience in a Healthcare environment essential with relevant qualifications and knowledge of HTMs
  • Good organisational skills, able to prioritise workload
  • Good communication skills together with a first class customer service ethic
  • Ability to use initiative and judgement to solve problems
  • Able to obtain DBS and government security clearance
  • Must hold full valid driving license - electrical vehicle provided for work use
