About The Role
Interact are currently looking for a Mobile HVAC Technician to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Gas Boiler Maintenance Servicing & Repairs General plumbing duties Install, maintain & repair a large range of mechanical, plumbing HVAC plant and equipment Proven ability to diagnose and repair faults in engineering installations and associated plant and equipment including hot (DHW) and cold water systems, LPHW/LTHW systems, pressurisation units, pump sets. Carry out Preventive and predictive maintenance works. Maintain PPM & Reactive maintenance records electronically and written where required. Follow instructions and update records by verbal, written & electronic means. Ability to quote reactive and recommended repairs. Adhere to our Health & Safety policies and use appropriate personal protective equipment. Respond to Out of Hours and Emergency Service Requests.
Co-operate and participate fully in training and development in cross skilling and other job related competencies.
Candidate Requirements
Min +3yrs Experience (National Craft Certification) Applicants with FGAS Certification Full Clean Driving Licence Aptitude for process awareness, diagnostic/trouble shooting experience Good team player that can use their initiative Excellent written and oral communication skills, Computer skills essential Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation "On-Call" work in hours and out of hours required Safe Pass & MEWP Licence
