Mobile M&E Supervisor - London

55,000 + van and fuel card

A leading facilities management services provider to recruit an experienced Mobile M&E Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality maintenance services across a portfolio of client sites in London and nearby areas. This role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on engineering expertise with leadership responsibilities, all while enjoying the flexibility of a fully equipped work van.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of mobile engineers, ensuring planned and reactive M&E works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Carry out a mix of hands-on maintenance and technical oversight, including electrical, mechanical, and building services tasks. Coordinate schedules, allocate work orders, and monitor performance through regular site visits. Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing technical advice and progress updates. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company procedures, and health & safety standards.

About You

Recognised qualifications in either electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds). Strong background in M&E maintenance within a commercial or facilities environment. Previous supervisory or team-leading experience, ideally in a mobile capacity. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks across multiple sites. Full UK driving licence.

Pay: 50,000.00-55,000.00 per year
