is the largest multi-van premium oven cleaning company in the South-West. Our Head Office is based in Pill, near Bristol. We also have over 20 franchise owners operating under the OvenGleamers brand across the UK.

OvenGleamers has the safest eco-friendly non-damaging cleaning process in the oven cleaning sector.

We've gleamed over 170,000 ovens, Agas, Everhots, Range Cookers and BBQs as well as hobs, extractors and microwaves.

We know ovens and how to clean them!

OvenGleamers

to our Head Office multi-van team to help us meet the demand for oven cleaning in the Cambridge East area.

Cambridge East are covers CB1-CB11, CB21, CB25, SG8-SG11. You will work primarily in these areas but may cover for neighbouring franchise owners when needed.

And here's why:

We're not a start-up. We've been doing what we do for over 20 years. And what we do is help customers get clean ovens. We're pretty good at it as the customers keep coming back time and time again for us to re-clean them.

Your day is scheduled by the Head Office Bookings Team. Currently 2 lovely ladies who fill up your day with customer appointments. Typically you will have 3-4 jobs per day.

Your jobs appear on an App on your work mobile and your job it to get to those jobs on time and clean the appliances professionally and make that the customer very happy.

Sometimes the programme changes on the day, so you need to be flexible and up for being adaptable to the needs of the customers.

Let's Talk Money:

It's work. So, we know it's mostly about the money!

That's why in addition to a

base salary of 25397per year

- you'll earn a crisp

5 per sale

you make on accessories you sell in direct commission (one OvenGleamer sold 2 to every customer - so earned an extra 30 per day!).

You will also earn 50% of the net sales of any overtime that you do eg if you cleaned a double oven, hob and extractor which would take you

2.5 hours

you would earn

72.92 in overtime

WHAT YOUR

TYPICAL

DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:

7:00am:

Plug your van in to heat up the electric dip tank.

7:05am:

Hit the shower and have breakfast at home.

8:15am:

Vehicle Check (on phone App)

8:20am:

Leave home to drive to first appointment.

8:50am:

Arrive at appointment and put leaflets through doors of the neighbouring houses (more customers = more work = more money).

9:00am:

Knock on the door and greet your client and clean their appliances.

11:00am:

Drive to next customer

11:20am:

Arrive at appointment and put leaflets through doors of the neighbouring houses

11:30am:

Greet your next client and clean their appliances.

1:00pm: LUNCH

(remember to take a packed lunch with you every day)

1:30pm:

Drive to next customer.

2:05pm:

Leaflets locally again!

2:15pm:

Greet your next client and clean their appliances.

4:30pm:

Drive Home

*every day will be different and you'll be in responsible to getting to each appointment on time that's in your schedule :)

The Nitty Gritty:

Your daily vehicle is a Mercedes Citan Van with a manual gearbox and air conditioning! It is your office and your responsibility to keep it clean and tidy and all times.

You will be supplied with a uniform of logo'd Polo shirts, fleeces and a beanie and given work trousers. We ask that you wear suitable footwear for the role (and can recommend some great shoes!)

You will be given a mobile phone and fuels cards paid for us.

At home you will need to wash your uniform and work cloths and plug the van into a normal electrical socket (1-2 hours per day). You are paid an additional monthly payment of up to 50 per month for this (pro-rata for the number of days you work).

Our offices are in Pill, near Bristol. It's bright, colourful and has comfy sofas and cake for the monthly meetings you attend.

We pay

full-time salary

but our working hours are between

8am to 6pm - Monday to Friday

- you will work an average of 40 hours per week. That means that some days you will finish earlier and other days slightly later.

The Cambridge East based OvenGleamer covers the East side of Cambridge City, across to Newmarket and Haverhill and down to Saffron Waldren. Travelling is included in your working day but some days will be longer than 8 hours and others shorter to make up for the longer days.

The successful applicant will ideally

live within a 30 minute drive of Cambridge

.

You will receive 2 weeks hands-on training in all aspects of oven cleaning and Health & Safety linked to that. You do get paid during your training period too - we're not that mean!

We're looking for 1 person who can be ready to start training soon after the application deadline.
