We're hiring people who bring energy, reliability, and pride to what they do. You don't need years of experience, just the right attitude.

You'll learn how to hand-stretch dough, top pizzas with fresh ingredients, and keep the site running smoothly (full training given).

Who you are:

Reliable, positive, and a good team player. Proud of high standards - whether it's the food, the kitchen, or the customer area. Happy to get stuck in wherever needed (kitchen or front of house). Keen to learn new skills and grow with a business that invests in its people.

What you'll do:

Prepare, cook, and serve Neapolitan pizzas (training provided). Keep service areas clean, organised, and running smoothly. Deliver brilliant customer service with a smile. Take responsibility for maintaining high standards and supporting your team. Be comfortable using technology (till systems, rota apps, and team communication tools). Play an active part in the Pig & Olive community - using the relevant apps and doing what's needed to keep everything running smoothly.
