Job Description

J Devine are seeking applications for an experience plant fitter in the Hampshire area who will successfully contribute to the profitability of the business through the provision of a professional service to our clients.

Devine Plant Hire has been serving the construction industry with high-quality service for over 40 Years.

We are looking for an experienced heavy plant fitter to join our team to maintain our ever-growing plant fleet.

The role will be predominantly based around Sussex,Hampshire,Southampton and Surrey with occasional travel further afield.

The successful candidate must:

Have strong experience in diagnosis of plant failure. Be able to use a Mig & Arc welding equipment. Should be competent and capable to carry out services and maintenance on the below equipment: Excavators Dumpers Rollers Telehandler Experience of Hitachi, Thwaite, JCB plant is a plus. To undertake other service work and repair work to vehicles as and when required. Have a Full UK Driving Licence for at least 3 years and have experience driving a 3.5 tonne vehicle (or similar). Attention to detail. Able to work under own initiative but also a team player.
