Hourly Rate: 12.21
Full UK Driving Licence + Your Own Vehicle Required
Contracted Hours: 8 per week (with frequent additional hours available)

Mitie is looking for a proactive and highly flexible Mobile Relief Security Officer to support multiple Home Office sites across Liverpool, Warrington and Southport.
As a relief officer, you'll regularly cover other officers during holidays, sick leave and last-minute callouts. Because of this, your shifts will vary between days, nights and weekends, so we're looking for someone who is adaptable, reliable and ready to gain experience across different environments.

You'll be the professional, reassuring presence that helps protect people, property and assets across several Home Office locations. You'll follow Assignment Instructions (AI's), adapt quickly to new sites and represent Mitie with confidence and professionalism. Your Main Responsibilities Operations
Deliver high-quality security services in line with Assignment Instructions
Follow all policies, legal standards and regulatory requirements
Keep up to date with AI's and suggest improvements where appropriate
Maintain all required SIA licences (Security Guarding/Door Supervision + CCTV PSS)
Work in a structured, organised and professional manner Training & Development
Complete all mandatory competency training
Engage in additional development opportunities to grow your skills
Use technology to support your duties and stay informed
Renew your SIA licence 16 weeks before expiry Security & Health & Safety
Report hazards or safety concerns immediately
Stay vigilant for risks or suspicious activity
Handle challenging situations with calm professionalism
Record accurate incident notes and complete reports promptly
Complete check calls on time
Contact emergency services and Mitie's Communications Centre when required What You'll Bring
? Previous security experience preferred
? Valid SIA Licence
? SC Clearance desirable
? Full UK driving licence + your own vehicle
